The congress accommodation period is 3 nights between 6 - 9 June 2024, but the prices stated are for 1 night and include breakfast. 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax will be added to accommodation prices.
Accommodation cancellation requests must be notified to GenX Congress in writing. For cancellation requests made until March 15, 2024, a refund will be made after deducting the bank payment and 1 night payment for each canceled room.
No refund will be made for cancellations made after March 15, 2024. Name changes can be made until May 31, 2024 at the latest. Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis Association and GenX Congress do not accept responsibility for any changes made after this date. All refunds will be made after the congress. In case of cancellation of the congress, all accommodation fees paid by the sponsor will be refunded.
